   Expensive bit of kit, but works great. This is the first time I have ever tried a product like this so I don’t have anything to compare it with! It makes working at home so much better with multiple screen set ups. I’ve been working from a single laptop but when I had the opportunity to try this I decided to upgrade my screens FINALLY because my job is made easier with more than 1! The monitors if your familiar with dual screens can be in extended, or duplicate display depending on your Individual needs/ preferences. It’s compact, it’s solid and overall so far from what I’ve seen it’s a well built sturdy piece of kit, the layout of connections and indicators are great and it wasn’t that difficult to set up (and I’m no IT genius) 🤣 it’s only been a couple of days but specs seem to be up to expectations and I’ve had no connectivity issues when all linked together either 🙏🏼 it helps keeping at home workstations so much tidier and nicer to look at! Which for me is a life saver as silly as it sounds!Overall, this product is not cheap and like I said unfortunately I can’t comment on others as I’ve not tried any BUT this one definitely holds the bar high and I’m confident in saying that’s reflected in the overall pricing when it comes to quality.. for the price I just hope the longevity of the product is also good which is something i can’t comment on at this point as for some this is quite an investment when it comes to price!

   An actual game changer (for me at least). Prior to getting this piece of kit, I had my work laptop and my home PC connectesd to a switch for the Mouse and keyboard, with everything else going either in to the PC, or the hub for the laptop, not to mention the need for two lots of video cables in to each monitor, and two ethernet cables to the router. Now I have this though, things are much easier. There are plenty of USB slots for sharing mouse, keyboard headset or external drives, although you could plug a small USB hub in to one of the slots to really boost your options. Then of course there are the monitor inputs and outputs. The Input from PC has two ports, and a USB connector to communicate with your PC, you’ve got both HDMI and DP available. Output wise there’s two HDMI ports. This only supports 60hz at 4k, so if you’re looking at doing some high refresh rate gaming, this isn’t going to fare too well, but for low intensity gaming where a super high frame rate isn’t as important, or if you’re using it for office and general use, this will do you fine.It’s easy to set up and use, pretty much plug and play, although in Windows you obviously have to set up your monitor preferences. Switching between systems is easy too, there are selection buttons on the front of the unit, and there’s also the remote control, and the unit has a built in IR receiver, unlike a lot of others which have a separate IR adaptor that you have to plug in to it.This does require an extra plug socket as it’s mains powered, although that wasn’t an issue for me, as my work laptop hub that I now no longer require was also mains powered, so it was a straight switch.Build quality is good, it feels premium. The casing is all metal, the buttons responsive and the ports are clearly labelled and easily accessible. It also comes supplied with the cables you need to get the outputs up and running, and to connect to PC/Laptop.It’s expensive, but it’s a premium piece of kit that that has all the bells and whistles.
